After our permaculture workshop with Natalie Hurst, it was decided to make a spiral for the herbs to grow in. Using reclaimed red bricks (which replicate the bricks of the Tower itself) Theo made the structure near to the existing wall.
We still need more bricks to complete it, and will continue the build in the coming weeks.
